What we collect
- Your name, email, phone and delivery address, so a parcel can reach you
- Your order history, so support can help without an interrogation
- Basic analytics about how the site is used, aggregated and not tied to you
- Your basket and saved items, which live in your own browser rather than on our servers
What we never see
Card numbers. Payments go directly to Stripe and our payment partners, who are PCI-DSS certified. We receive a confirmation and the last four digits, and that is all.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of everything we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. Email privacy@enchantedloopcreation.com and we will action it within thirty days.
Deleting your account removes your personal details. We keep anonymised order records for seven years because tax law requires it.
