How long it takes
Every product page shows two numbers: how long the piece takes at the hook, and how long it then takes to reach you. We add them together and print a real date range on the page and again at checkout.
Ready-to-ship pieces leave the studio in one to three days. Made-to-order pieces — the desk basket, the bouquets, the big bundles — take four to eight days at the hook first, because somebody is genuinely making it during that time.
- Metro cities: 2–4 days in transit
- Other cities and towns: 4–6 days in transit
- North-east, Andaman and remote PIN codes: 6–9 days in transit
What it costs
- Free on every order over ₹999
- A flat ₹79 below that, anywhere in India
- Cash on delivery adds a ₹29 handling fee
- We do not ship outside India yet — we would rather do one country properly
Tracking
The moment your parcel is handed to the courier you get an email and an SMS with a live tracking link. You can also follow it from your account under Orders.
If tracking has not moved for three days, message us. We will chase the courier so you do not have to.
How it arrives
Kraft box, tissue nest, paper tape, a care card and a hand-written note. No poly bags, no bubble wrap, no plastic filler. If you asked for gift wrap you also get a jute bow and a tag in real ink.
Everything in the box can go in your paper recycling except the jute twine, which is compostable.
