Ordering
Placing an order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we send the confirmation email. Until then we can decline an order — for instance if a colourway sold out between your click and our seeing it — and we will refund you in full immediately.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST
- Payment is taken at checkout, except for cash on delivery
- We can correct an obviously wrong price before dispatch, and will offer you a full refund if we do
Handmade variation
No two pieces are identical, and small differences in shade, size and stitch placement are a feature of hand-crochet rather than a fault. Product photographs show a representative piece, not the exact one you will receive.
Anything that genuinely falls short — a loose seam, a wrong colour, a badly formed face — is a defect, and we will remake or refund it.
Safety
Our pieces use locked safety eyes and are suitable from three years upwards. They are not teethers and should not be given to infants. Charms with chains and clasps should be kept away from small children entirely.
Intellectual property
Our designs, photographs and written copy belong to Enchanted Loop Creation. You are very welcome to photograph the piece you bought and post it anywhere you like — please do. You may not resell our pieces commercially or copy our patterns for sale.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order. Nothing here limits your statutory rights under Indian consumer law, and nothing here is meant to.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
